First I would like to say great website. I look forward to attending one of the workshops in the future. I don't want to disagree with Mr. Frankel, but current research disputes his findings. Reams of research shows that indulging in positive fantasies actually
makes people's fantasised ambitions less likely to become reality. Why? A
new study claims it's because positive fantasies are de-energising.
They "make energy seem unnecessary" say Heather Kappes and Gabriele Oettingen.
"By allowing people to consummate a desired future", the researchers
say, positive fantasies trigger the relaxation that would normally
accompany actual achievement, rather than marshaling the energy needed
to obtain it.

I am in of midst of a partnership right now. I won't call it chaos, however, hindsight is 20/20. During this partnership, I have learned two things 1)Be fair to yourself, don't give away a % of the business to be nice. "Be wise in your own conceits" 2)Make sure the partner(s) are just as passionate about the business as you are. If not, you will be the workhorse and they will not only share in the profits, but share in the credit.....without any of the leg work.

Work with an html coder (elance.com) or you need to learn a little code yourself. Just post a link on your website to the non-profit. You won't be able to return back to your page upon check-out unless the organization has an affiliate program that allows you to create a custom link.

Love the environment part--Finding The Right Environment. To add to that, one thing that helped me is leaning to write from anywhere--with index cards, a notebook, laptop, Ipad, etc. Anything that works. Sometimes, the inspiration comes to you in the line at a grocery store. I would love to hear about your writing environment.

I'd like to see a resource list at the end of your book. You mention some great ones on your calls and videos. I think a lot of new writers need resources on how to find a team (i.e. graphic designers, editors, proof readers, book marketers, etc.) I believe that new self-publishers will buy your book for that info alone.
